By accessing or using SnipFerry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

SnipFerry provides online text transformation utilities, JSON tools, and real-time temporary text sharing rooms. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Hosting or sharing malicious software, keyloggers, viruses, or ransomware.
• Publishing stolen credentials, personally identifiable financial records, or illegally obtained content.
• Attempting to disrupt or overload our infrastructure or denial-of-service attacks.
• Distributing material that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

3. Temporary Rooms & Data Deletion

Temporary shared rooms are designed to expire automatically after their chosen duration or upon first read (Burn After Reading). SnipFerry is not an archival storage provider; users are solely responsible for keeping backup copies of their important notes and data.

4. Free Service

SnipFerry is provided free of charge. There are no paid plans or subscriptions. Custom room links are first come, first served and are released when the room expires.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnipFerry, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Termination and Abuse

We reserve the right to remove any shared room, terminate accounts, or restrict IP addresses that violate these Terms. To report abuse, visit Report Abuse.
